1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern use of the HANNA VINCE LLC website. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you disagree, discontinue use. A separate signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement governs any paid engagement and prevails over conflicting website information for that engagement.
2. Business services
We offer AI consulting, custom AI agents, integration and workflow automation for business clients. Website descriptions are general information rather than a binding offer to deliver a specific outcome. Submitting a contact form does not establish a client relationship, create an agency relationship or authorize us to access your accounts.
3. Proposals, scope and changes
Before work begins, the parties agree on deliverables, responsibilities, system access, milestones, testing and acceptance criteria. Requested work outside the agreed scope may require a written change order and additional fees. Implementation timing depends on access, client feedback and third-party availability.
4. Fees, payment and cancellation
Pricing, currency, taxes, deposit requirements, billing dates and payment methods are specified in the written agreement or invoice. Third-party software, API usage and subscription charges are identified separately where applicable. This website does not process payments or create recurring charges. Cancellation, termination and any refund rights are governed by the signed agreement and applicable law; no blanket refund promise is made on this website.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients must have authority to provide information and system access, comply with applicable law and third-party terms, supply accurate requirements, designate authorized approvers and review outputs before consequential use. Do not provide credentials through the contact form. Access arrangements should use approved secure channels and appropriate permissions.
6. AI limitations and human oversight
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. Human review is required for consequential decisions. Agent permissions, review steps and escalation behavior must be defined for each deployment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted automation, a particular financial result, specific time savings or error-free outputs.
7. Financial workflows and third-party tools
Finance-related services consist of technical workflow support, such as document organization, reconciliation preparation and approval routing. We do not provide banking, custody, payment execution as a financial service, investment advice, legal advice or accounting advice. Integrations depend on third-party APIs, permissions, policies, fees and availability; changes may require maintenance or revised scope.
8. Confidentiality, data and ownership
Prospective clients should limit initial messages to non-sensitive project information. Confidentiality commitments, data processing responsibilities, security requirements and intellectual-property ownership for a project are established in the signed agreement. Clients retain rights to their pre-existing data and materials. Third-party tools and reusable components remain subject to their respective licenses.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate others, probe security, interfere with availability, send unsolicited bulk submissions or attempt to access other people’s information. We may restrict abusive use where permitted by law.
10. Website availability and liability
The website is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to this informational website and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for contracted services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.

These website terms are governed by New Mexico law, without displacing mandatory protections that apply under other laws. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Unless a signed agreement or mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes relating to these website terms may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in New Mexico.

We may revise these terms and update the date shown. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
